Ashutosh is visibly disturbed, with the turn of events, he knows what he did by throwing Nidhi out of the Hospital, was unfair, and to makes things worse, he had no answers, when confronted by Nidhi then and his Childhood Friend Armaan Now.

Rain was an instrument that brought Ashutosh and Nidhi together, it was on one rainy day that Ashutosh and Nidhi started to get to know each other, and realized that the other was not a bad company after all. Tears roll down both Ashutosh’s and Nidhi’s eyes on reminiscing that night, which holds importance in both these individuals life, If for Nidhi, it was the night she got to know her Mentor Dr Ashutosh up close and personal, for Ashutosh it was night which made him realize that he did not forget how to Smile, they both had touched each others life in a special way.

When Armaan and Kaka realize that Ashutosh is missing, they try calling him frantically, only to see a totally drenched Ashutosh making his way back to the home. On constantly being asked by Armaan, what is going on in his life? What was the reason that he was getting drenched in the rain and that too at this hour. Armaan threatens to leave, because Ashutosh wouldn’t open up to him, especially because this matter was clearly eating him up from within, and he would not even share it with his childhood friend, to which Ashutosh confesses that he has fallen in love Nidhi, a girl, his intern who was half his age. He says he is ashamed of himself, for letting this happen, but Boss Pyar pe kliska control hotha hai??? Ashutosh Breaks down in front of Armaan and tells that he fired Nidhi so that there would never be the slightest chance that anyone finds out, he says that he could never do that to Nidhi, as it would ruin her life,her image in the society. her family ties etc etc…. This scene was definitely the highlight of the episode, the dialogues, the emotions, the acting, the timing, execution everything was simply flawless….

At the Verma residence everybody tries to cheer up Nidhi by their respective methods, Anjie brings in newspaper clippings about Hospitals requiring staff, Nani bua gives her version, and so does the others, but Nidhi is too upset to even think straight that she asks to be left alone. Nidhi finally chooses to give her career another shot, and she arrives at an Interview, little does she knows that Ashutosh is on the panel. Both Nidhi and Ashutosh are shocked to see one other. Ashutosh has guilt ridden face, when compared to the hurt one of Nidhi. Episode ends on Nidhi’s face, her eyes glaring at Ashutosh for wronging her, ad throwing her out for no mistake of hers.
